We assist in designing and developing your company’s organization in its different life cycle stages; start- up, growth, maturity and exit stages. We will work with you to build the infrastructure for your organization e.g. by classifying the work by building job architecture and job levelling in the organization, clarifying roles and responsibilities through defining job descriptions and compensation and reward models. We help in identifying the key roles in the organization with special focus on roles that create the most value for customers. In addition we will help you to develop a strategic resourcing approach for your company.

When the company is growing, there starts to be a need for scalable HR solutions and processes.

When recruiting new employees one needs to have an understanding of the market competitive compensation and benefits practices and how your organization is positioned in the talent market.

One very important part of managing the company’s growth is  to develop the organization and its design as well as the role/job requirements to enhance the company’s growth. It is also important to clarify the evolving organizational design and the role requirements for the employees in order for everyone in the organization to have a good understanding on the opportunities the company’s growth provides in developing one’s career within the company.

 If there is a need to change the organization in order to implement a new company strategy, it is good to start by defining the work that needs to be done, capabilities needed for that work, organizational design and operative model that support employees for doing the work in order to identify what is the actual change needed in the company for implementing the new strategy. Idenifying the needed change helps in defining also the correct means for succeeding in the new strategy implementation.
