HR support is generally provided in two different ways:

1. We act as part-time HR expert and are present at your organization's premises on a regular basis at an agreed time. We will carry out HR tasks under a service contract and are also available to provide flexibility for other additional HR management tasks.
2. We are a sparring partner for management or people managers, who can be contacted for assistance if needed. We can also carry out specific tasks or projects as agreed.
