Organization change project for KONE
HR Plus, alongside multiple KONE organization’s functions and outside providers, helped execute a multipart organizational change project that affected the whole global organization. The purpose of the change project was to make the global organization more efficient through for example staff and role evaluation.
In the project HR Plus worked in the role of global implementation manager. Main tasks of HR Plus were the planning, executing and monitoring of the implementation. In detail, HR Plus took care of the reporting to the stakeholders, designing of the material for communication, fitting multiple countries’ implementations into the same timeline, supporting possible consultants, change management training for supervisors, building of redundancy aid program with an outside provider and KONE KONE, executing technical changes in various systems and making of all redundancy documents in Finland.
HR Plus was brought in to help with a professional execution of complicated organization-wide changes. The project was mainly done during the year 2021, in multiple phases.
