Redefining company values

An international mining company based in Finland wanted to redefine its values. These values had already been decided on earlier, but the company wanted to clarify them after the change in business strategy. It was crucial for the company to involve employees in defining the values, despite the Covid-19 pandemic.

HR Plus acted as an external partner in the values project, with the responsibility of taking the project forward, training the HR team to conduct workshops in their own sub-organizations and facilitating workshops that could not be done by the HR team (e.g. senior executives). The outcome of the workshops resulted in value propositions and descriptions, which were finalized by the client using an advertising agency.
