Employee survey implementation
In the autumn 2020, HR Plus conducted a customized employee survey for our customer, in which the aim was to find out people’s views on the current state of the organization and on people’s well-being on a school organization. In the survey, we combined themes from customer’s previous surveys according to client’s wishes, in order to allow comparison between results. In addition, as a new theme, we focused specifically on employee well-being, as the concern caused by Covid-19 and the transition to remote work had affected work.
The survey included both multiple-choice and open-ended questions. With the help of open questions, we received valuable feedback about people's opinions, wishes and concerns. The open-ended questions measured also employees’ thoughts about the future. Multiple-choice questions generated comparable results to previous studies conducted in the organization. A visual report and summary of the results was prepared and presented to the customer with our recommendations and areas for development in the future.
