Post-Acquisition Organizational Culture Integration
At the turn of 2019-2020, HR Plus was involved in supporting a merger of two marketing and communications agencies that serve both the domestic and international B2B markets.
The aim of the project was to support the acceleration of post-acquisition integration and achieving a common corporate culture by conducting a survey and interviewing people about their thoughts on the prevailing organizational culture, future merger and about the new organization.
Based on the valuable feedback from the results of the interviews and survey HR Plus facilitated a workshop for the new organization to engage people in building a shared culture where everyone works together. Based on the results of the interviews, the survey and the workshop, HR Plus prepared a comprehensive report on the progress of organizational change and people's attitudes, based on which HR Plus made strategic recommendations for further action.
