MBTI Test

What Does the MBTI Test Measure?
The MBTI® test describes personality through four core dimensions. The combination of these preferences forms 16 distinct personality types, offering a clear foundation for understanding your natural way of working, communicating, and making decisions.
- Extraversion – Introversion (E–I): Where do you get your energy — from interacting with others or from quiet reflection?
- Sensing – Intuition (S–N): Do you focus more on concrete facts and details, or on patterns and possibilities?
- Thinking – Feeling (T–F): Do you make decisions primarily through logical reasoning or by considering personal values and relationships?
- Judging – Perceiving (J–P): Do you prefer structure and planning, or flexibility and adaptability in your work and life?
These four dimensions form the foundation known as Step Iwhich provides a clear and easy-to-understand picture of your personality type. To gain deeper insight, Step II assessment explores the individual nuances within each type and how these traits appear in everyday behavior. This deeper level of understanding enhances self-awareness and offers valuable support for leadership development, teamwork, and personal growth.
