Outsourced HR Services

We have worked as a part-time HR partner for a technology industry company in Southwest Finland since 2019. The collaboration began with a project related to the company’s quality management system but soon evolved into a long-term partnership, where our consultant now works as a part-time HR Manager for 1–1.5 days per week.

The work has covered a wide range of HR responsibilities, including creating HR principles and practices, updating the employee handbook and guidelines, managing employment matters, and preparing employment contracts and related documentation. The collaboration has also included recruitment, coordination of cooperation procedures, and supporting managers in everyday HR topics.

The client has described the partnership as practical and smooth. The HR support has brought clarity to daily operations and enabled both management and supervisors to focus more fully on business development.
