HR Functional Analysis

Fira Group Oy

HR Plus Oy conducted an analysis of Fira's HR function through interviews with HR, executives, managers and employees, and a thorough review and evaluation of HR materials. The scope of the assignment was to assess the effectiveness of people leadership and practices and the strategic role they play in day-to-day leadership and activities.

The study provided us with a valuable external insight into our current situation and clear proposals for measures that we have already started to put into practice. In the midst of rapid growth and development, the organization itself can become at least partially blind to this need for improvement, and we are grateful to HR Plus for the professional and constructive way in which they helped us to open our eyes, and thereby the discussion, about these issues.
