Reviewing of people processes

Small municipalities often have limited resources to manage human resources matters, but they still want to make sure that the organization’s employee policies are functional and up to date. For such situations, HR Plus is the right partner and HR analysis is the right tool. We evaluated the municipality's human resources policies and people management by interviewing management,supervisors and municipal employees. In addition, we reviewed the municipality's people strategy and practical personnel guidelines. Based on these we prepared a report on the strengths of the municipality's employee policies, development opportunities and recommendations for action.
