Managing the HR training program

Konecranes and 6 other leading Finnish companies are committed to the continuous development of their HR talent. This is how we can increase the added value of our businesses in our rapidly changing business environment. In 2018 and 2019, we jointly organized an HR training program for the global pool of our Business HR partners. The program consisted of three modules and a comprehensive group work program. The main objective of the program was to strengthen competence in the critical competency areas of the business HR partners that create added value. The secondary objective was to build a good network with our colleagues in other companies, which was naturally achieved.

We invited HR Plus to manage and facilitate the training program because of their long and extensive HR experience. They also supported us in finalizing the design of the training program within the scope we mutually agreed.

Both the participants and we were very satisfied with the outcome of the program. According to the participants, these three words describe the program best: professional - valuable - energizing.
