Strategic HR Partner for an organization
Julius Tallberg-Kiinteistöt Oyj is a real estate investment company based in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. During 2018, we renewed our strategy and decided to focus our operations on core activities essential to customer value. In practice, this meant a transformation in which the company was reorganised, the job descriptions of our key personnel were changed and clarified, recruitments were made and it was agreed to outsource key core business function to an external partner in the future. To plan and implement these changes, HR Plus provided us with the additional resources, versatile HR expertise and strong experience in similar change processes. At the same time, we renewed our people practices and developed a People Handbook. In the future, HR Plus will act as our external HR department. Markus and Eija took control of our situation promptly and determinedly and we received all the required support within the required timeframe.
