Long-term HR partnership supporting growth and customer experience

HR Plus has collaborated for several years with the Finnish organization of a multinational logistics and shipping company. In recent years, the company has invested particularly in developing customer experience and an efficient service chain, which requires competent and motivated personnel. HR Plus supported the company in customer service and sales recruitments in spring 2024. The recruitments included both permanent positions and summer employees. In addition, HR Plus conducted two coaching processes from 2024 to 2025, supporting the leadership and team development of two supervisors. The joint work strengthened interaction and introduced new practices for everyday leadership.
