The creation of a career path planning model for employees

Kolster

In autumn 2016, Kolster Oy Ab became the first company in the IPR industry to launch a personnel career path planning based on the job structure of the personnel. Markus Taina as HR Plus representative built the model for us based on interviews with our employees and their previous expertise. The end result of this work is now in use and is well suited for the leadership of our specialist organization - both in terms of personnel development and business management.

The model clearly describes alternative career paths within our company, thus increasing the commitment of our employees to Kolster. Working with Markus has been easy. We have utilised a wide range of examples and experiences that Markus has built on as part of the model.
