Updating people practices and documents

HR Plus reviewed our practices regarding the collection, storage, transfer and destruction of personal data against the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), proposed recommendations and prepared a policy statement on the processing of our personal data. They also updated our HR and training plan and our equality and non-discrimination plan to match our current situation.

They provided us with proposals for the reports and plans, which made it straightforward for us to refine them together to reflect our situation.
