Developing a business unit for Posti
In 2017–2018, we reorganised the business in one of Posti's business units. As part of this, we transferred business and employees between the different companies of the Posti Group. We also harmonized HR processes and practices.
Since the change was taking place in several countries at the same time and it was impossible to find a project resource within our own HR team to implement the change, an external project manager from HR Plus provided us with both the necessary additional resources and experience to carry out such a project.
The Project Manager was responsible for the overall implementation of all activities in the HR area, working with Posti's internal resources. We successfully implemented the change for both the business and the employees.
