Small companies also often need support in employee matterstoensure that planned measures and decisions comply with the labor legislation. The manager of a company with less than 10 employees contacted us and needed help with temporary layoffs. We prepared a roadmap and the necessary documents to ensure that the layoffs were handled in accordance with the labor law. In addition to this, we were also involved in the development of their employment documents.
