Establishing a local HR organization

As part of its international growth strategy, Saab expanded its business in Finland in 2017. Due to this growth, we needed local HR support functions implemented in Finland.

HR Plus helped to establish a base of common people processes, practices and policies. The project was conducted in accordance with Saab's global HR guidelines but in compliance with Finnish legislation. Thanks to the professional work performed, we were able to create a functioning HR framework in 6 months.
