Caverion Suomi Oy
Caverion asked HR Plus to carry out an evaluation of the HR functions to analyze our current situation. The purpose of the assessment was to gain a fresh insight into the effectiveness of our people and teamwork practices, and how we can further work together to add value to our business.
The analysis involved interviews with members of our HR Leadership Team and Group Management Board, and a review of the internal HR materials we have developed. In addition, Markus facilitated a workshop to help us work better as a cohesive team.
HR Plus delivered a report emphasising the outcomes of each of the areas analyzed and the measures recommended. We will continue to work on the theme and build on the insight we gained through this project.
