Workplace mediation supporting the rebuilding of trust and collaboration

HR Plus carried out a workplace mediation process at a Finnish higher education institution. The aim of the mediation was to restore a peaceful working atmosphere within the team and to strengthen collaboration in a challenging and escalated situation. Eija from HR Plus designed and facilitated the process, which included a joint information session, individual and group meetings, as well as a follow-up discussion. The participants were highly motivated to define shared ground rules and refocus their energy on their core tasks.

Eija received feedback for her professional and empathetic approach, as well as for her clear and determined way of working. Clients described the process as meaningful and felt that it helped strengthen collaboration and trust.
