A rapidly growing technology company wanted to ensure that its people processes would effectively support the company's growth in the best possible way. HR Plus conducted a comprehensive HR analysis, which covered all possible processes related to human resource management. The analysis was carried out in a workshop-style collaboration with the client’s HR team, enabling an open discussion and a process that encouraged insights.

Using the model developed by HR Plus, the most critical processes for success were identified, along with those where the company wanted its values to be reflected in practice. Based on the analysis, a concrete plan was drawn up outlining the order in which the processes should be developed. Additionally, process ownership, documentation level, and practical implementation consistency were assessed.

Since the client company had grown rapidly, there had not been sufficient investment in many people practices before. With HR Plus's support, the company gained a comprehensive overview of which people processes were functioning well, which required development, and which were the most critical core processes for their business. This provided the company with confidence that they were investing in the right areas and that their people processes would effectively support growth and success.

Training for Fida

Fida International ry

Fida International ry is a Finnish faith-based organization working in global missions, community development and humanitarian aid in 50 countries. HR Plus has done three training sessions for us. We started working together in 2020 with a training session for Fida's management team on People Management Practices. The next training was on managerial work and empathy. Most recently, our board of directors attended a training on effective board work.
The training sessions have been beneficial and have provided keys to effective board work, such as prioritizing issues and gaining a broader understanding of the board's responsibilities. The training sessions designed for the management team have helped to look at things 'out of the box' and have guided them to reflect on the organization's functionality from multiple perspectives.
