Building and evaluating HR processes
Enerim Oy started as a standalone company in July 2020 and creation of the organization's foundation and business strategy started with new owner and new CEO together with the leadership team. HR processes and practices creation started with interim HR Director from HR Plus Oy.
People and old people practices were there from the previous owner, the business continued as before, but all HR data, systems and HR processes had to be evaluated, renewed and data transferred into new platforms. HR Plus interim HR Director managed the change process and implemented the changes in systems, participated in hands on HR work, communicated about the change process and supported CEO to evaluate the organization's performing capability and building up the team, including the new recruitments.
