Strategic Change Process
At the beginning of 2020, we launched a strategic change process in our marketing, and we wanted to measure its progress after a few months on the journey.
We also wanted to find out how the team managers were leading the change and also how the collaboration within the teams and with stakeholders was going. HR Plus conducted surveys for us to gather valuable feedback from both our marketing teams and our key internal stakeholders. As a result of the survey, we gained a comprehensive understanding of the current state of change in our organization, our strengths and the necessary next steps.
